WHAT IS DYE SUBLIMATION?

Right Standard Printing is a process of applying a heat sensitive ink to fabric which permanently dyes the fabric. This involves printing the inks onto a specialised paper which is then laid onto the fabric and run through a heat press at a high temperature and pressure. The ink is then transferred permanently into the weave of the fabric.

Our Managing Director, Chris Smith, was a former Test Cricketer for England & then Chief Executive of the Western Australian Cricket Association (WACA) for 7 years. In 2000, he purchased Embroidery WA, and at the time the company had 2 staff members. Embroidery WA now employs 20 staff and embroiders over 15,000 garments every week…and has done so for many years.

Having experienced our own difficulties with Dye Sublimated sports clothing, Chris embarked on this new venture with the intention of simplifying & perfecting the process.

Our dye sublimation papers and inks come from Europe and our fabrics have undergone extra moisture wicking & antibacterial treatments than is normal; the result is that our garments are fantastic to wear in even the hottest conditions.
3. TURNAROUND TIMES – We provide consistent turnaround times of 5 weeks or less from artwork approval. very urgent orders can be accommodated depending on timings & current workload (surcharges apply).

5. FLEXIBILITY – Top up orders can be processed with a minimum of 15 units.

IN-HOUSE GRAPHIC DESIGNERS – We provide a personal experience, whereby you are able to work directly with our in house graphic designers to create your perfect, specialised unique garment (we can also do this via skype, etc. if you prefer). We can also provide a printed fabric panel of your design so you can be confident with the artwork prior to full production.
